Tactair's Customer Support organization is a stand-alone operation with its own management team, inventory, repair technicians, and a dedicated 15,000 square foot facility. The repair station is licensed by both the FAA (T5TR698J) and EASA (145.5121) and offers its customers complete overhaul of all Tactair-produced equipment. Turnaround times of 30 days or less are typical.
Spare component parts are also stocked and shipped throughout the world on a moment's notice. In addition, an AOG service is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a year.
Tactair Customer Support has a staff of over 30 employees which includes factory trained FAA certified and licensed Repairmen/Airframe & Power Plant Mechanics, Quality Inspectors, Material Planning, Contract Administration, and Administrative Support Personnel.
Tactair assigns a Contract Administrator (CA) to each customer which offers our customers a simple and direct means to communicate their support requirements. The CA is committed to providing their customers with a timely response on all inquiries received. Each CA takes great pride in providing excellent service to his/her customer.
